Choosing the right shot to hit in tennis is surprisingly easy thing to overlook. Time and time again you see youngsters going for winners from nowhere. More often than not, those that do well in their younger years are the players that simply put the ball in and don’t go for the bigger shots. But this isn’t the way to improve; you have to go for your shots to realise your limitations. However it is important to realise difficult positions and play a shot according to your ability to put the ball back in the court.
